These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the IAB HK Business Directory. By accessing and utilizing the Business Directory, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Exclusive Access: The Business Directory is intended solely for the use and benefit of IAB HK members. Only registered IAB HK members will have access to view the directory and its contents.
2. Confidentiality: The information contained within the Business Directory is confidential and proprietary. Members agree not to disclose, share, or distribute any information obtained from the directory to any third party without prior written consent from IAB HK.
3. Collection of Information: IAB HK takes no liability on the accuracy and reliability of the information provided in the Business Directory. Members are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and has been authorized for disclosure.
4. Public Display: Your name and contact information, as provided, will be displayed on the Business Directory, and shared exclusively with our IAB HK members in the Whatsapp community.
5. Personal Data: The collection, storage, and processing of members' personal information for the purpose of maintaining the Business Directory will be governed by IAB HK's Privacy Policy.
6. Not for resale: Members' data should only be used for the purpose of networking, collaboration, and business development within the IAB HK community and are strictly prohibited from any form of resale.
7. Termination of Access: IAB HK reserves the right to terminate a member's access to the Business Directory at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions or membership termination.
8. Data Retention: Your personal data will be retained on the Business Directory for as long as you maintain your membership with IAB HK. You may request the removal or modification of your information at any time at info@iabhongkong.com directly.
9. Opt-out: If you wish to exclude certain details or opt-out of having your information displayed on the Business Directory, please contact us at info@iabhongkong.com directly.
Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change. IAB HK reserves the right to change the setup of or cancel the Business Directory at any time without any prior notice. IAB HK has the right to amend any Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of IAB HK shall be final. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for any updates or modifications.
